What would you do?

• Manage network operation organization primarily on cloud-based infrastructure operations.
• Manage and continuously improve operations activity on cloud.
• Manage network performance monitoring by continuously monitor and analyze performance, troubleshoot performance problems and perform escalations to vendor as required.
• Securing network environment by developing network access control policy, proactive monitoring, evaluate new tools and updating documentations
• Ensure network security best practice are being implemented that aligns with audit requirement and controls in place covering for routers, switches , firewall configuration and monitoring policy.
• Plan and continuously evaluate and perform ongoing assessments on application control on firewall, SIEM, VPN, IPS, IDS and other network components policies.
• Ability to articulate systems and methodologies regarding network related inquiry and response to security-related events and incidents while capable to support remediation work required, if any.
• Perform and coordinate network related activities by coordinating with users, vendors and relevant teams to ensure smooth transition starting from assessment, planning, testing and actual deployment.
• Work closely with the application development, architecture, system administrators to troubleshoot problems and resolve any production and non-production related problems.
• Provide expert opinion and oversee overall IT architecture deployment and integration requirement for off-the shelf, third-party and in-house developed systems.
  
  

Who should join us?

• Bachelor's degree in Networking System/Network Security or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in similar role.
• Be able communicate clearly and concisely in a professional manner
• Strong understanding in IT network and security architecture and implementation such that the person is able to troubleshoot problems and identify the right solution.
• Problem solving skills e.g. regular troubleshooting and identifying the right solution when problem occurs within IT operations.
• Customer oriented and able to serve both internal and external customer in the most professional, courteous and helpful manner.
