What would you do?
The Product team is part of the Product & Commercial department within Business & Growth division that is dedicated in building successful products and user experiences that affect millions of Touch ‘n Go users every day. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to build products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. As a product director, you are required to break down complex problems into understandable steps that drive product development.

• To oversee all TNG form factors and new products including offline and online in terms of end-to-end product development and innovation lifecycle. This includes end-to-end product conceptualization, design, POC, go-live and post launch fixes.
• Evaluate and engage with internal and external stakeholders in implementing product strategies in line with corporate directions and priorities.
• Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth. And work collaboratively with engineering, marketing, legal, UX, Governance and other relevant teams as part of the product development lifecycle.
• Ability to comfortably deliver simultaneous products and outstanding solutions to the customers. Work on product development projects assigned with clear strategies and targets
• Support various stakeholders in defining product KPIs and lead and develop weekly/monthly/annual product development roadmap and progress report.

Who should join us?

• At least 10 years of product management experience, including, understanding the customer, requirement analysis, product design and offering development, pricing, competitive analysis, etc.
• Ability to effectively priorities and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Able to co-ordinate activities by others and project manage within cross-functional project teams
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively within the team and across the organization with minimal supervision, working mainly independently to achieve goals agreed with leadership
• Passion and persistence for continuous improvement
