What would you do?

  • To lead, oversee, and execute the creative team's efforts in creative development and designing, driving innovative solutions in alignment with the organisation's goals and brand identity.
  • Lead and execute the creative development and design process from concept to execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver integrated creative solutions across various channels.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to ensure creative output meets business objectives.
  • Mentor and inspire team members to foster creativity and professional growth.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Understand and ensure compliance with brand guidelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, especially regarding IP rights.
  • Work as part of the Creative team to produce high-quality artwork across multiple touchpoints, including digital, mobile/app, and print.
  • Create and design digital onsite, social, offline, ad sales, and video assets.
  • Design and develop visuals and videos for products, brand and marketing materials.
  • Develop design concepts and have the ability to work an idea across multiple campaign touchpoints, bringing the work to life.
  • Follow the correct design processes, guidelines, and adapt existing templates to different formats.
  • Capture video footage and photography as needed, covering events and other relevant content.
  • Utilize Adobe Suite, including After Effects, for video editing and other editing platforms as required.
  • Submission of portfolio showcasing relevant works is required.
Other Tasks
  • To conduct other duties as directed by Head of the Head of Division.
  • To assist in preparation of any materials required by Head of Division.

Who should join us?

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in a creative role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
  • Able to work in a high-paced environment and produce creatives in a short turnaround time.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong understanding of brand identity, marketing principles, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of delivering successful creative campaigns.
  • Leadership skills, including the ability to lead, inspire, and guide the creative team towards achieving strategic objectives.
  • Able to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver outstanding creative solutions.
  • Creativity is necessary to generate innovative ideas and concepts for creative developments that align with the company's goals.
  • Effective communication of creative vision and concepts to stakeholders.
  • Project management skills to efficiently lead resources, timelines, and budgets to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Strategic thinking to develop creative strategies aligned with the company's goals and market trends.
  • Flexibility in adapting to changing project requirements and feedback.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in all creative deliverables, adhering to brand guidelines and internal standards.
  • Proficient in photography and videography, with the ability to edit videos and provide live event coverage when needed.
  • Design and develop visuals for products and other marketing and branding materials.
