What would you do?
To assist Transit team in executing acquiring activities to ensure Transit target is met. Handle end-to-end processes by working closely with internal department and external customers / Agents / Service Integrator to execute Business models.

  • Responsible for new acquisition and liaise with Transit Asset owners/Transit operators/third party agent and equipment suppliers for business expansions
  • Liaise with internal departments (Legal, Risk, Operation, Finance, Card Sales, Reload, Marketing, IT, Technical and Testing team) and external parties on proposal preparation and agreement preparation.
  • Manage and monitor the Revenue of Transit business and increase penetration for existing sites by implementing TNG awareness activity and marketing activity
  • Monitor projects progress after ‘going live’. Undertake post implementation review on the new projects:
  • Analysis of arising problems during post implementation.
  • Continuous improvement in products/services offerings.
    • Transit market analysis.
    • Introduce innovative, new and cost effective solution.
    • Collect and report Transit industry update including competitor’s activities.
  • Handling customer or partners’ complaint.
  • Prepare Working Paper and Request For Approval (RFA) as and when required
  • Prepare Monthly Report as and when required.
  • Work closely with other business units to ensure all key objectives are met
  • Review, recommend and lead the development of process improvement.
  • Ensure non-repetition of audit findings.
  • Ensuring compliance with company guidelines and documentation requirements for all new accounts acquired as per company Policies and Procedures.
  • Responsible for other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties specified by Superior.
