What would you do?

Coordinate, assist and support in planning and execution of the overall Operations Business and Planning activities and projects

Project Management

  • Defining and documenting project scope: Clearly outline project objectives, deliverables, and desired outcomes and obtain approval for project implementation according to company governance process.
  • Stakeholder expectations management: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to set and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Budget preparation and adherence: Estimate costs, create budgets, and ensure adherence to financial allocations.
  • Resource allocation and management: Efficiently allocate and manage project resources, if required, as necessary.
  • Project scheduling and reporting: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and milestones and provide regular reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Risk assessment and mitigation: Identify potential risks through risk assessment process, if required, and implement risk mitigation initiatives to eliminate risks associated to project.

Division Strategic Planning

  • Strategic planning: Assist Head of Operations, Business & Planning in all matters related to division strategic planning including coordinating strategy and budget planning workshops.
  • Division reporting: Be the key person in consolidating division KPIs, budget and reporting from various departments including monitoring and tracking of progress.
  • Prepare the management paper or presentation materials for the management: Accountable to consolidate data and information and track the execution as per approved plan

Process Improvement

  • Conduct process analysis: Identify key areas for improvement within the department and division.
  • Develop and implement process improvement plans: Work with relevant stakeholders to streamline processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work together to implement changes effectively.
  • Measure the impact of process changes: Adjust as needed to optimize results.
  • Create process documentation: Ensure relevant stakeholders are trained on new processes.
  • Perform ongoing monitoring: Sustain process improvements over time.

Who should join us?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or similar field
  • 3-5 years progressive experience in process improvement, strategic management, and project management
  • Knowledge in project management
  • Knowledge in process improvement
  • Knowledge in strategic reporting and presentation
  • Strong planning and project management skills
  • Strong analytical, attention to detail and execution skills
  • Strong written, oral and presentation skill
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Outcome focused and possessed a ‘Can Do’ attitude
  • Must be an exceptional team player, able to interact with all management levels
  • Mature, independent and has ability to work with minimal supervision
